The Engineering Circuit Analysis Tutor: Volume 3 - 7 Hour Course!

A wonderful set.
This is the third of what is currently five and soon to be 6 volumes of Jason's circuit analysis tutor series. It picks up where the second volume leaves off continuing with the techniques for solving circuits containing just resistors and sources. He starts off with the topic of source transformations, then spends the bulk of the time discussing Thevenin and Norton equivalent circuits, and then finishes with superposition of circuits. In all, it covers about a chapter and a half (or so) worth of material in the first semester of circuit analysis.

As is the case with Jason's other DVDs he basically teaches the concepts through example. He gives a very basic lecture on the topic. Usually he is not deriving any formulas, although every so often he will do a basic derivation if he needs to. Then he goes through many examples step-by-step explaining everything he is doing. He rarely ever skips steps and when he does it is only in situations where he has done the same...

Great teacher, Great course
I've experienced a lot of teachers in my life time, some good, some bad, but Jason is one of the best. He is easy to listen to and his presentation are excellent.
